Samsung Announces the Galaxy M12 with a 6000mAh battery
Samsung has just announced the Galaxy M12 in Vietnam with a 6000mAh battery pack. The massive battery cell charges via a USB-C port and supports 15W fast charging. The Galaxy M12 itself is the successor to the Galaxy M11.
The new device is built around a 6.5-inch PLS LCD panel with a 720p+ resolution at 20:9 aspect ratio. The panel houses an 8MP sensor in its Infinity-V notch.
Around the back, the new Galaxy M-series device features four cameras with a 48MP main lens, a 5MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP macro shooter, and a 2MP snapper. The lenses are housed in a square camera module on the upper left while the LED flash is found right below the camera module.
The phone is listed to be powered by a chipset with a 2.0GHz octa-core processor, which is believed to be an Exynos 850. The SoC is joined by 3/4/6 RAM and 32/64/128GB of internal storage, making it quite flexible in terms of memory configuration. The storage can also be expanded with up to 1TB via a microSD.
The device supports dual SIM cards with 4G LTE connectivity, Wi-Fi (2.4GHz b/g/n), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, GLONASS, and Beideou and Galileo positioning. The device also has a 3.5 audio jack and its fingerprint scanner is side-mounted.
The Samsung Galaxy M12 comes in three colors – Blue, Black, and Jade and is currently available in Vietnam. Currently only the 32GB and 64GB variants are available at physical stores. However, the price of any of the variants isn’t listed though.
