Garmin has expanded the Solar range of smartwatches in the Philippines with the launch of the tactix Delta – Solar Edition. The new watch features Garmin’s solar charging technology.
The tactix Delta – Solar Edition has a 1.4-inch always-on display with a sapphire lens and a black DLC-coated steel bezel. Additionally, it has a black PVD-coated steel rear cover and a military-inspired black tactical nylon QuickFit band.
The watch also is built to MIL-STD-810 military standards as well as uses solar charging to extend battery life. It features Power Manager mode, it is said to provide 21 days indoors and up to 24 days with solar exposure.
The new solar watch features Advanced Sleep Monitoring, Body Battery, and Pulse Ox. Body Battery optimizes body energy reserves through health monitoring metrics and respiration data. Meanwhile, Pulse Ox gauges how well your body absorbs oxygen.
Out of the box, the watch includes topographic maps for outdoor adventures, ski maps for over 2,000 ski resorts around the world, and over 41,000 golf courses.
It is built for field use and everyday wear with specialized tactical features, mapping, music, advanced training, and smart features from the fēnix 6 family.
The tactix Delta – Solar Edition is now available for PHP 62,795 in all Garmin Brand Stores, Kinetic, and official Lazada and Shopee stores.
