There’s a new device in the vanilla Redmi series. The Redmi 10 is the first smartphone in the lineup with a display that boasts a 90Hz refresh rate. That’s on a 6.5-inch 1080p LCD. It’s also the first to run on the new Helio G88 SoC, along with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage.
For optics, you get a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide unit, and a pair of 2MP sensors for macro and depth sensing. The front houses an 8MP snapper. It runs MIUI 12.5 on top of Android 11 and packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W wired fast-charging as well as 9W reverse charging.
Other features include dual speakers, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It comes in Carbon Gray, Pebble White, and Sea Blue colors.
As for Redmi 10’s pricing, it is $180 for the 4GB+64GB variant, $200 for the 4GB+128GB model, and $220 for the 6GB+128GB option.
