OnePlus India has just teased the OnePlus Watch Harry Potter Edition. The company didn’t mention Harry Potter outright but the tweet and the photo just scream Harry Potter.
The photo highlights the Harry Potter logo on a leather strap near the watch itself. Additionally, the company captions the photo saying, “For a generation that still remembers magic.” Let’s not forget Snape’s iconic line which was used in the teaser photo as well.
Even the promo page itself welcomes you with “Calling all Witches and Wizards”. Moreover, the full link of the promo page ends with “campaign=hpwatch”. Given all the hints, we can assume that ‘hp’ in hpwatch means Harry Potter.
Prior to the teaser, there have been leaks on the Harry Potter Edition which include mentioning that the new edition watch will come with a new color, themes, and six exclusive watch faces. The watch faces include the Hogwarts seal, Hogwarts, and of course the four iconic houses – Hufflepuff, Slytherin, Gryffindor, and Ravenclaw.
As far as hardware and specs go though, it is expected to be the same as the vanilla variant. We’re talking about a 1.39-inch AMOLED panel, heart rate, sleep, and SpO2 monitoring, sports modes, an IP68 rating, and a 402mAh battery with Warp Charge support.
There’s no announcement yet though for the launch of the OnePlus Watch Harry Potter Edition. So we’ll just have to wait for further news from the company.
