OPPO has just unveiled its latest foldable devices, the OPPO Find N2 and Find N2 Flip. This comes after the introduction of the company’s new products during INNO Day 2022.
The former improves on the build of its predecessor while also updating the cover display. Meanwhile, the latter is the company’s take on the clamshell foldable device and is confirmed to be introduced in the global market.
OPPO Find N2
The OPPO Find N2 introduces a new hinge design that allows it to be lighter at just 233g and also helped lower the thickness from 15.9mm to 14.6 when closed and from 8.0mm to 7.4mm when opened.
The second-generation Flexion hinge now has 100 parts, down from 138 as well as uses carbon fiber and a high-strength alloy. It also makes the crease smaller by 67% and allows you to hold any angle between 45° and 125°.
The outer display has a 5.54-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a protected by Gorilla Glass Victus. Meanwhile, on the inside, it has the same 7.1-inch display with a 9.6:9 aspect ratio. The inner panel has an LTPO panel with up to a 120Hz refresh rate.
Both displays support HDR 10+ and use color sensors to adjust the imagery according to lighting conditions.
Like the first foldable, the OPPO Find N2 comes with a triple camera setup with a 50MP main sensor, a 48MP ultrawide shooter, and a 32MP telephoto lens. It also has two 32MP cameras on the inner and outer displays.
The latest-generation foldable device is powered by the MariSilicon X chipset and co-developed with Hasselblad.
Meanwhile, under the hood, the device comes with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.

The pricing of the OPPO Find N2 is yet to be announced and it is uncertain if it will remain in China like its predecessor.
OPPO Find N2 Flip
The Find N2 Flip, on the other hand, goes up against the Moto Razr and Galaxy Z Flip but offers a large 3.2-inch OLED outer display.
Meanwhile, its inner panel measures 6.8 inches and is an AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The company’s first clamshell device has a 50MP dual rear camera and a 32MP front camera. It also has the MariSilicon X chip to help with image processing.
Under the hood, it has a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ which draws juice from a 4300mAH battery with support for 44W SuperVOOC charging.

Similar to the Find N2, the price of the OPPO Find N2 Flip is yet to be announced. However, as we previously mentioned, the clamshell device is confirmed to be released for the international market at a later date.
