At an event in Barcelona, Spain, Xiaomi introduced its newest flagship smartphone series, the Xiaomi 13 Series, to the international market.
The Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro are said to provide a completely new smartphone photographic experience to its users through in-depth product collaborations between Xiaomi and Leica as part of the Strategic Partnership in Imaging Technologies.
Xiaomi 13 Lite, which offers aspirational young adults exceptional portrait imaging and expanded photography possibilities, was also unveiled at the event.

Master-level photography with Leica co-engineered camera system
Every aspect of Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro’s camera system, from hardware and image quality to UI/UX design, has been created in collaboration with Leica to deliver a pro-grade smartphone photography experience.
Both smartphones are kitted with a triple camera setup featuring Leica optical lenses. The 13 vanilla model has an optical zoom range of 0.6x to 3.2x and also features a 75mm telephoto lens. Both phones also offer a wide range of detailed camera setting options.
Speed + performance with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC powers the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro, both of which have improved graphics processing thanks to improvements in GPU performance and power efficiency of 42% and 49%, respectively, over the previous generation and 37% and 47%, respectively, in CPU performance and power efficiency.
While extending the daily battery life, its robust performance ensures comfort and speed when handling applications like computational photography, real-time AI, and gaming.
Flaunting a minimalistic design and best-in-class display
Both Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro feature an all-new minimalistic design language highlighting their powerful technological capabilities.
Offered in Black, White, and Flora Green, the Xiaomi 13 features a 2.5D curved back and a chic flat screen design with flat borders. Xiaomi 13 has a 93.3% screen-to-body ratio, 1.61mm ultra-thin bezels, and a chin that are both attractive and pleasant to grip. The smartphone offers an amazing viewing experience, especially for a device of this size. The Xiaomi 13 has a huge 6.36″ FHD+ AMOLED screen that uses the E6 AMOLED material, which offers superior color accuracy and brightness while using less battery.

Significantly, the Xiaomi 13 Pro and Xiaomi 13 will provide 5 years of security patch updates in addition to 3 generations of Android system updates.

The Xiaomi 13 Pro, with a sleek Ceramic Black or Ceramic White finish, is available with up to 12GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of storage from EUR 1299 (around PHP 76,000).
Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 13 is available in Black, White, and Flora Green colors, with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage from EUR 999 (around PHP 58,300).
The Xiaomi 13 Lite comes in Black, Blue, and Pink color options. It comes with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage from EUR 499 (around PHP 29,200).
