Google and its Pixel products have yet to officially arrive in the Philippine shores but we recently spotted the Google Pixel Fold 5G in the local store – Game Xtreme. The foldable Pixel device is listed with a 16% off discount which means you can get it for PHP 119,995 for the 12GB+256GB variant.
Additionally, we also spotted the Google Pixel Tablet and Pixel 7a 5G being offered in the same store.
Google Pixel Fold and Latest Pixel Devices
The Google Pixel Fold is the company’s first foldable device and was officially unveiled in mid-May of this year. On paper, it looks pretty generic or even underpowered given the other foldables now available in the market.
Among the highlights of the Pixel Fold include, a Google Tensor G2 chipset, a 7.6-inch 2208×1840 OLED inner panel, a 5.8-inch FHD+ OLED outer panel, and a 48MP main rear sensor.

The Google Pixel Fold 5G in the US is priced at USD 1,799 (around PHP 100,700) for the same 256GB storage option, meaning the price tag, even with a 16% discount is quite an increase from its SRP in the US. However, this could also cover the shipping and tax.
In comparison, the recently launched Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5, starts at PHP 98,990 which gives you 12GB+256GB of memory. It goes as high as PHP 119,990 for 1TB of storage. But, of course, you’re not getting the Google Pixel experience.
If you’re still on the hunt for a Pixel device and the Google Pixel Fold isn’t quite your cup of tea, Game Xtreme is also offering the Google Pixel Tablet (8GB+128GB) for 23% off which drops the original price of PHP 42,895 down to PHP 32,995. Yes, this comes with the charging speaker dock and is offered in Hazel and Porcelain colorways. As of writing this, the same variant in the US is priced at USD 439 (around PHP 23,600).

The Pixel 7a 5G (8GB+128GB) is also listed at 19% off lowering the price to PHP 25,990 from PHP 32,485. If you’re curious about the colorways, it looks like you’ll have to choose between Snow and Coral. The latter is a Google Store-exclusive color.
