Google Pixel 9 Pro Alleged Renders Leaked, Revealing Design

Google is poised to release the next iteration of the Pixel series of phones. The upcoming phone series, specifically the Google Pixel 9 Pro, is on a lot of people’s watch list.

Renders of the Google Pixel 9 Pro’s design and its case have surfaced with a couple of other details.

The CAD renders come from MySmartPrice, which was sourced from well-known leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer (aka OnLeaks) who also shared some specs of the upcoming Google Pixel 9 Pro.

These include four CAD renders and a 360-degree video of the Pixel 9 Pro, featuring a 6.5-inch flat display similar to recent iPhones and the Galaxy S24 smartphones, rounded corners, and a punch-hole. The device has a thin bezel and an impressive screen-to-body ratio.

Based on the render, the device has flat edges, antenna markings, a SIM slot, a USB-C port, and a speaker grille.

The device may have flat edges and a flat display, potentially sacrificing ergonomic comfort, and is rumored to be powered by the upcoming Tensor G4 chip, featuring CPU cores from Samsung’s Exynos 2400 SoC and a Google-designed GPU. This design shift, while visually appealing, may sacrifice some ergonomic comfort for aesthetics.

Moreover, the Pixel 9 Pro appears to have a redesigned horizontal camera module with a main camera, ultra-wide lens, and periscope telephoto, ditching the iconic visor-looking camera module of its predecessors. It is also reported to have a 12mm thickness and dimensions of 162.7 x 76.6 x 8.5mm.

Next up, let’s take a look at the case images shared by GizmoChina. These corroborate the CAD renders that were earlier released. The case also features a horizontal pill-shaped camera module with three lenses, a sensor, and an LED flash.
