Xiaomi has unveiled its latest flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 14 for the Philippine market. Packed with an array of cutting-edge features and impressive specs, the device aims to deliver a premium experience at a very competitive price point.
Xiaomi 14 Specs
Xiaomi 14 sports a stunning 6.36-inch LTPO AMOLED display with an impressive resolution of 2670 x 1200 pixels with a 1-120Hz refresh rate, Gorilla Glass Victus protection, and a peak brightness of 3000 nits for excellent visibility even in direct sunlight. It also supports like Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and HLG for enhanced color and contrast when viewing supported content.
The phone features an ultra-slim bezel at just 1.71mm thanks to Xiaomi’s FIAA display technology which integrates circuits into the panel for a highly immersive, all-screen look. The device has been certified by TUV Rheinland (Low Blue Light, Flicker-Free, Cicardian Friendly) for eye-care, and boasts an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.
The Xiaomi 14 is powered by no less than a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip based on the latest 4nm process for efficiency, along with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM, either 256GB or 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage, and Xiaomi’s IceLoop cooling system. It runs on HyperOS on top of Android 13 and packs a 4,610mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 50W wireless HyperCharge technology.
For its cameras, you get a Leica triple camera system headed by a 50MP main sensor with OIS, along with a 50MP ultra-wide unit, and a 50MP floating telephoto camera also with OIS. The device can record up to 8K 24 fps, as well as 4K resolution of up to 60 fps. There’s also a 32MP in-display selfie camera.
Pricing and Availability
The Xiaomi 14 comes in three colors – Black, White, and Jade Green, and is priced at PHP 45,999 for the 12GB + 256GB model and PHP 47,999 for the 12GB + 512GB variant.
