The ceremony brought together executives, industry leaders, and technology enthusiasts to witness the unveiling of the reimagined retail space.
The newly renovated store represents more than just a retail outlet; it serves as an immersive technology hub where innovation meets lifestyle. The store’s design philosophy combines minimalist aesthetics with welcoming elements, featuring soft wood accents, bright lighting, and sophisticated metal finishes that reflect Huawei’s commitment to quality and user-centric design.
Enhanced Customer Experience Features
The redesigned Huawei Experience Store introduces several key areas designed to elevate the customer experience, such as the Product Display Area that utilizes an open layout with enlarged display tables to allow visitors to interact with Huawei’s products, from smartphones to tablets and wearables.
The Discover Huawei Area is a dedicated community space equipped with a high-definition LED screen for interactive workshops covering device operation, photography art, and innovative design. The area is set to host industry experts for exclusive learning sessions, fostering a collaborative environment for technology enthusiasts.
Then there’s the Service Area which offers various support services which include data migration and expert guidance on new devices. Additionally, Huawei has introduced the “Four Seasons Care” initiative, providing complimentary refreshments and charging services to enhance the overall customer experience.
Latest Innovation Showcase
During the re-opening, Huawei showcased its latest innovations which include the HUAWEI WATCH GT 5 Series and the HUAWEI MatePad Pro 12.2″. The WATCH GT 5 Series features advanced sports capabilities and health monitoring features, powered by the HUAWEI TruSense System and including an Emotional Wellbeing Assistant.
The MatePad Pro 12.2″ introduces the world’s premier dual OLED PaperMatte Display, offering superior visual quality with eye-friendly properties. The tablet’s capabilities are enhanced by the HUAWEI Glide Keyboard and the updated GoPaint App, which supports 8K canvases for professional-level artistic creation.
Community Engagement and Future Plans
The event also saw the attendance of digital content creator Marline Capones, who conducted a fitness masterclass highlighting the WATCH GT 5 Series, and artist Rudz, who demonstrated digital art creation using the MatePad Pro 12.2″.
This store renovation is a part of an even larger retail upgrade initiative that will extend to other locations including SM Mall of Asia, SM Megamall, SM Seaside City Cebu, SM Ecoland Davao, SM City Grand Central, and Market Market.
