Huawei introduced the HUAWEI Watch D2, the country’s first-ever smartwatch with Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) and it is now available for pre-order.

The HUAWEI Watch D2 makes blood pressure monitoring easier with its ABPM functionalities, which track throughout the day and night.
The watch features a lightweight design, a slender silhouette, an ultra-narrow mechanical airbag, and the slimmest HUAWEI blood pressure monitor.
The mechanical airbag is coupled by a Fusion blood Pressure Algorithm that delivers accurate monitoring.
“Hypertension is a significant health concern as it poses major risks for cardiovascular diseases,” emphasized known medical doctor and content creator, Dr. Lyien Ho. She also reiterated the serious danger of hypertension when it goes undiagnosed and untreated, stating, “It is often called a ‘silent killer’ because it may not present noticeable symptoms until complications arise, making regular monitoring crucial.”
The Watch D2 now lets you get your blood pressure reading by simply raising your wrist in addition to getting scheduled alerts to remind you to check your blood pressure. You can set intervals of these reminders from 15 to 60 minutes. It can also get your blood pressure while sleeping with little to disturbance.
The data is made available on the HUAWEI Health App that allows you to access comprehensive, weekly blood pressure monitoring reports.
On top of the blood pressure monitoring, it has the HUAWEI TruSense System. With a single tap, you can measure 9 vital heath indicators like heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, stress, skin temperature, ECG, vascular elasticity, pulse wave arrhythmia, and sleep apnea detection.
It then generates a Health Glance report in as quick as 90 seconds.

Huawei shared at the Media Roundtable that a Gcash payment from the HUAWEI Watch D2 is coming soon.
The company does note though that the HUAWEI Watch D2 is a non-medical device and it should not replace official diagnosis or treatment from professional healthcare providers.
Pricing and Availability
The HUAWEI Watch D2 comes in black and gold color options and it is priced at PHP 19,999. You can now pre-order the smartwatch from October 14 to 17 exclusively on the HUAWEI Online Store, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. Moreover, you can pre-order at HUAWEI Experience Stores and authorized dealers nationwide beginning October 18 to October 24.
If you decide to pre-order, you enjoy a free Body Fat Scale (worth PHP 1,499) and a one-year warranty extension (worth PHP 699).
You can collect vouchers from Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop until October 20 to get PHP 1,000 off. Meanwhile, if you deposit PHP 1,000 at HUAWEI Experience Stores, you can get PHP 2,000 off when you pay your remaining balance until October 20.
