Apple CEO Tim Cook has just shared a teaser of what is supposedly the next member of the Apple family which will launch on February 19. While it wasn’t mentioned in the announcement, leaks and rumors claim that it could be the iPhone SE 4.
iPhone SE 4 Launch?
The announcement simply had the caption “Get ready to meet the newest member of the family. Wednesday, February 19.” It included a motion graphic with a shimmering Apple logo.
Various rumors, leaksters, and insiders, like Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman claim that the iPhone SE 4 is the device in question.
Moreover, leakster Majin Bu or @MajinBuOfficial on X/Twitter shared photos of what appear to be hands-on photos of the latest member of the iPhone family. The photos reveal a familiar design but with a single camera around the back. Additionally, there seem to be at least two colors – White (or maybe even Silver) and Black.
Other rumors claim that the iPhone SE 4 will have a 6.1-inch panel, which is a drastic size jump from the iPhone SE 3, introduced back in 2022. The updated SE device is also said to feature Apple Intelligence with an A18 chip.
Reports also mention that an M4-powered MacBook Air could also debut at the upcoming Apple Launch.
We’ll most likely hear more news in the rumor mill in the following days. Luckily, we only have to wait five days before the launch.
