Samsung Announces Galaxy A32, A52, A52 5G, and A72!

After hinting at a launch event, Samsung has finally unveiled the four new additions to its Galaxy A-Series – The Galaxy A32, A52, A52 5G, and A72.

Galaxy A32

The most affordable of the lot, the Galaxy A32 has a 6.4-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display with a 90Hz refresh rate, and is powered by an Helio G80 SoC backed by 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

At the back, it has a 64MP main camera, along with an 8MP ultra-wide unit, and a pair of 5MP sensors for macro and depth. At the front is a 20MP snapper.

Galaxy A32 runs One UI 3 on top of Android 11 and packs a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast-charging. Other features include an On-Screen Fingerprint Scanner, Dolby Atmos, an Always-On Display, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Galaxy A52 and A52 5G

Next up on the list, Galaxy A52/A52 5G sports a a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with a 90Hz and 120Hz refresh rate, respectively. Both pack an Octa-Core SoC and pack 8GB of RAM. The 4G variant has two storage options – 128GB and 256GB while the 5G model only comes in a 256GB storage model.

For optics, you get a 64MP main sensor with OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide unit, and a pair of 5MP sensors for Macro and Depth. Up front, a 32MP unit takes care of selfies.

Galaxy A52/A52 5G runs on Android 11 and houses a 4,500mAh battery with 25W fast-charging. Other features include Bluetooth 5, Stereo Speakers with Sound by AKG, Dolby Atmos, and an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance.

Galaxy A72

Last but not the least, the Galaxy A72 has a slightly larger 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display also with a 90Hz refresh rate and also runs on an octa-core SoC along with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

While it uses the same main and ultra-wide sensors as the A52 and A52 5G, it swaps out the depth sensor for a 3x Telephoto lens with OIS, and while the other two can digitally zoom at up to 10x, the Galaxy A72 can achieve up to 30x. It also has a 32MP front camera.

Galaxy A72 also runs Android 11 and houses a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast-charging. It’s also IP67 rated and features Stereo Speakers with Sound by AKG.
