realme 8 5G Set to Launch in PH on June 24!

realme is set to lead the 5G race with the upcoming launch of its highly-anticipated 5G mid-ranger, the realme 8 5G.

realme 8 5G only weighs 185g and measures 8.5mm thin. It’s got a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a screen-to-body ratio of 90.5%. Under the hood is a 7nm Dimensity 700 5G SoC along with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM as well as 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage.

For optics, you get a 48MP main camera along with a macro lens and a black and white portrait lens. Upfront is a 16MP snapper. The device supports UIS and UIS Max Video Stabilization. It runs on realme UI 2.0 on top of Android 11 and packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging.

realme 8 5G also supports Smart 5G Power Saving which allows it to automatically switch between 4G and 5G as well as Advanced Dual Network Acceleration technology for a seamless Wi-Fi and 5G network overlay. For color options, there’s Supersonic Black and Supersonic Blue.
