Lenovo has officially introduced the Lenovo ThinkSmart Core globally. The ThinkSmart Core is the company’s first modular room kit for meeting spaces.
The kit is powered by the 11th generation Intel vPro platform designed to deliver high-performance and hardware-based security features coupled with 256GB SSD. As a solution for Microsoft Teams Rooms, the kit is available in two either a ThinkSmart Core + Controller or the ThinkSmart Core Full Room Kit.
The ThinkSmart Core + Controller is designed for workspaces that are already equipped with Teams-certified audio and visual devices. Meanwhile, the Full Room Kit includes the ThinkSmart Cam and ThinkSmart Bar to offer high-quality video and audio and smarter features for an improved collaboration experience. The kit can be scaled up further with an added table-top mic.
The computing device supports any meeting room and can be placed discreetly with cleverly integrated cable management. Additionally, it has a VESA mount compatibility.
The ThinkSmart Controller has a 10.1-inch touchscreen and is powered via a USB-C through a 10m cable. It also can detect whenever participants enter the room with an integrated infrared sensor. Moreover, it has a built-in stand that offers 30-degree or 60-degree viewing angles.
