AnTuTu has just released the Android ranking for November with Qualcomm’s chipsets dominating both in the overall and mid-range ranking.
The statistics were taken from November 1-30, 2021, and only included phones that competed for more than 1000 runs. Do note that the number shown is the average score and not the highest score.
As far as the overall top 10 list goes, Qualcomm powered all 10 devices. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus powered half of the top 10 devices with the non-Plus powering the other half.
Among the devices that had the 888 Plus at the helm included the Black Shark 4S Pro that had the highest average, the nubia Red Magic 6S Pro, and vivo X70 Pro+. Meanwhile, the iQOO 8, Black Shark 4 Pro, and OPPO Find X3 Pro are among the smartphones with a Snapdragon 888.
The mid-range top 10 Ranking was also dominated by Qualcomm but this time we see two MediaTek-powered smartphones.
The dominant chipset was the Snapdragon 788G with the top-scoring iQOO Z5 and the second-placed OPPO K9s 5G among these devices. Meanwhile, other chipsets that made it to the mid-range top 10 are the Snapdragon 780G on the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G, the Dimensity 900 on the OPPO Reno6 5G, and the Dimensity 920 on the Redmi Note 11 Pro+.
Both MediaTek and Qualcomm recently announced their next-generation chipsets namely the Dimensity 9000 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, respectively. It will be interesting how both chipsets will affect the ranking for this month and the coming months.
