OnePlus is rumored to be developing a compact gaming tablet that could set a new performance benchmark. According to recent leaks, the device is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite 2, a flagship chipset slated for an official announcement later this year.

This next-generation processor is anticipated to deliver a substantial performance boost, with a projected AnTuTu score exceeding 4 million points. This would position the unconfirmed tablet ahead of current top-tier models.
The leak also suggests the tablet will boast an 8-inch, 3K resolution display with a rapid 165Hz refresh rate, catering to the needs of mobile gamers.
While OnePlus has not officially confirmed these details, the company is also rumored to be working on a second tablet featuring the same high-end chip. This new compact device would complement its larger counterpart, the 13.2-inch OnePlus Pad 3, which uses the existing Snapdragon 8 Elite processor.
