Razer Launches its Own Smart Glasses
Razer has just announced its newest tech creation, a pair of smart glasses called the Anzu, which comes in a rectangle and rounded designs, and a choice of small or large frames.
The Anzu uses an open-ear speaker design that basically blasts sound towards your ears, which means you’ll be able to enjoy your music through your glasses, apart from answering calls. It even has a dedicated game mode.
The device features touch controls on both temples, so you’ll be easily able to access certain functions regardless of whether you’re left or right-handed. It’s got IPX4 water-resistance, while battery life is rated at up to 5 hours and up to two weeks of standby time.
Customers will be able to choose between a small or large frame, while two lenses will be included in the default packaging. One is for indoor use and can block 35% of blue light, while the other is polarized and can block 99% of UVA/UVB rays.
The device can also be used with custom prescription lenses, which customers may opt to purchase from Lensabl at 15% off when they use the code RAZER15.
As for pricing, the Razer Anzu will set you back $200. Replacement lenses, on the other hand, will cost $30.
