itel’s Official Store in Shopee has listed an upcoming model called the itel P55 5G, and while its specs and price have not been officially announced, the teaser mentions a sub-PHP 5,000 price tag.

itel P55 5G has a 6.6-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate, and is powered by a Dimensity 6080, along with up to 6GB (12GB probably due to RAM expansion) of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. It’s still unknown as to whether it will support additional storage via a microSD card.
For its cameras, the device sports a dual setup, consisting of a 50MP main unit, along with an auxiliary lens, which, if I were to guess, is a depth sensor. Then there’s an 8MP front camera.
It’s not clear whether the itel P55 5G will run Android 13 out of the box, but it will have a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast-charging.
If the price tag in the teaser is accurate, this will be one of the most affordable 5G devices in the Philippine market. We’ll just have to see as to how many of these specs are true, and when it will be available.
