OnePlus 12 Latest Leaks Reveals Hands-on Images and Display Details

Tipster DigitalChatStation shared quite a lot on the display of the OnePlus 12 in the latest leaks ahead of the December 5 launch event in China.

What did the latest leaks reveal of the OnePlus 12?

According to the leaks, the OnePlus 12 is said to feature a 6.82-inch 8T LTPO OLED panel with a 3168×1440 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. This panel is made by BOE and offers 4500nits of peak brightness in auto mode, and 1722nits via the manual slider.

The display also features an average Just Noticeable Color Difference (JNCD) value of 0.35 and an A+ certification from DisplayMate. Moreover, the panel is said to offer improved color accuracy with sunlight highlighting algorithms and single-pixel calibrating technology.

The device is rumored to have the OPPO P1 display chipset and offers 2160Hz PWM dimming.

The leakster also shared hands-on photos highlighting the front panel. It reveals a curved panel, a top-center mounted front camera, and seemingly thinner bezels compared to the OnePlus 11.

What about the official specs revealed so far?

So far, the company has confirmed that the display will be a 2K curved OLED display with a DisplayMate A+ certification.

The device is also coming with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, up to 24GB LPDDR5X RAM, and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. Moreover, the next-generation flagship device from OnePlus will arrive in three color options – Black, White, and Green.
