POCO has officially launched the POCO M7 in the Philippines, aimed at younger consumers with its entertainment features, extended battery life, and accessible pricing.
What are the specs of the POCO M7?

The POCO M7 packs a 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery, which delivers up to two days of typical usage. The company claims the battery can provide up to 28 hours of video playback or 46 hours of calling time under normal conditions.
The device also uses a BatteryExtender Chip with 3.0V low-voltage shutdown technology designed to prevent battery damage and maintain performance in extreme conditions, including temperatures as low as -20°C. Even at critically low power levels, 1% battery charge reportedly provides 64 minutes of talk time or 10 hours of standby.
For charging, the POCO M7 supports 33W fast charging and 18W reverse charging. The Battery Health 4.0 system automatically adjusts charging strategies to extend battery lifespan, with features like Zero Power Instant On for quick restarts after complete battery depletion and Boost Charging that prioritizes speed when battery levels drop below 40%.
The smartphone features a 6.9-inch FHD+ display, which POCO describes as the largest screen in their M series lineup. The display supports AdaptiveSync with nine levels of refresh rate adjustment, reaching up to 144Hz for compatible applications.
The screen has received TÜV Rheinland certifications for low blue light emission, flicker-free operation, and circadian rhythm friendliness. Audio capabilities include Hi-Res Audio certification and a 200% volume boost compared to the previous POCO M6 model.
Under the hood, the POCO M7 runs on the Snapdragon 685 processor and operates on Xiaomi HyperOS 2. The device integrates Google’s AI features, including the Gemini AI assistant and Circle to Search functionality.
The device has up to 8GB or RAM and up to 256GB of storage, expandable via a microSD card. It also boasts IP64 dust and water resistance across all color variants.
The POCO M7 has a 50MP main camera and an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies. Photography features encompass Auto Night Mode, Selfie Beauty Mode, and Dynamic Shots, though the latter requires an over-the-air update and may have limited third-party app sharing compatibility.
What is the price of the POCO M7 in the Philippines?

The POCO M7 with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage is priced at PHP 7,499, while the 8GB at PHP 8,499. Early buyers can access promotional pricing of PHP 6,999 and 7,999 respectively from August 18 through August 31.
